Yes it’s only September and not even Halloween yet, but the Late Late Toy Show is really only around the corner.
This year they are doing things a little differently. They will be travelling the country to hold auditions for children to appear on the show. Auditions will be held in Sligo, Athlone and Cork and they are looking for performing groups, dancers, bands, choirs and singers from all over the country.
Late Late show host Ryan Tubridy, said, “The kids are the stars of the Toy Show. This country is jam-packed with young talent and this year we?re casting the net far and wide to make sure the country’s brightest young stars get their chance to shine”
Producer Katherine Drohan said “We’re always on the look out for the latest LEGO genius or Rubix Cube expert, but we also love to hear from kids who have interesting hobbies outside the top ten toys”
Those looking to take part are still required to send an audition tape in to RTE on either a DVD or USB stick by Monday October 5th.
